Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav announces change of name of Juvenile Justice Fund to ‘Samajwadi Human Trafficking Prevention Fund’

मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव ने किशोर न्याय निधि का नाम परिवर्तित कर ‘समाजवादी मानव तस्करी रोकथाम निधि’ करने की घोषणा की

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव ने मानव तस्करी की रोकथाम एवं जागरूकता उत्पन्न करने हेतु पूर्व में स्थापित किशोर न्याय निधि का नाम परिवर्तित करते हुए इसे ‘समाजवादी मानव तस्करी रोकथाम निधि’ करने की घोषणा की है। यह जानकारी देते हुए राज्य सरकार के प्रवक्ता ने आज यहां बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ने मानव तस्करों के चंगुल से मुक्त कराए जाने वाले बच्चों की उचित शिक्षा के लिए बुन्देलखण्ड क्षेत्र एवं जनपद महराजगंज में एक-एक स्कूल की स्थापना कराने की घोषणा भी की है। उन्होंने महिला कल्याण विभाग एवं माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग को इस सम्बन्ध में शीघ्र जरूरी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

To prevent and raise awareness about human trafficking, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav has announced that the Juvenile Justice Fund, established in the past, would now be known as ‘Samajwadi Human Trafficking Prevention Fund’.

Providing this information, a state government spokesman today said that the Chief Minister has also announced that children freed from the clutches of human traffickers would be given free and adequate education in schools which will be established in Bundelkhand region and Maharajganj district.

Mr. Yadav has also directed the Women’s Welfare Department and Secondary Education Department to take prompt and necessary steps in this direction.
