Chief Minister directs formation of a committee in this regard

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav has said that electricity consumption in government offices, bungalows and colonies be ensured as per load factor. He has also asked for constitution of a committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary.

Giving this information, a state government spokesman said this committee will conduct a study whether these government buildings, bungalow, colonies are using the electricity as per their load or not. If the consumption is more than the allotted load then the load would be increased and the committee will give its recommendation in this regard.

According to the state government spokesman, principal secretaries of energy, revenue, public works department and secretary of the revenue board will be members of this committee.
