Haryana Government on Wednesday appointed Jawahar Yadav, officer on special duty (OSD) to Chief Minister as the chairman of Haryana Housing Board. A spokesperson of the State Government said that Jawahar Yadav will now be the chairman of Housing Board, Haryana.
The Chief Minister Manohar Lal had picked Jawahar Yadav as his officer on special duty (OSD) in 2014. Known as Khattar’s confidant, Yadav is a former office-bearer of the student wing of the BJP and ABVP and had worked in Gurgaon during 2014 State Assembly polls where BJP’s Umesh Aggarwal won by a record margin of over 84,000 votes.

He is married to Sarita Yadav who to is a goverment employee, an active social worker and has two children, both studying at Jawahar Yadav resides in Gurugram,Haryana India.

An alumnus of the Shivaji College – Delhi University, Jawahar has also been an active ABVP member and office bearer when he brought up several students-related issues like exposing fake marksheet racket, fake SC/ST Certificate racket, counseling the applicants seeking admissions in DU and banning students’ ragging in colleges.

He began his political journey from humble beginnings as an ABVP activist in YYYY and has achieved success step by step by continuously 20 years hard work, first ABVP then President BJYM Haryana.

During his 20 yearlong political career, he has held several important positions at different levels in the BJP and is in the Haryana State Executive of the Party. He had the privilege of being mentored by stalwarts such as Shri L K Advani, former Deputy Prime Minister of India, Shusma Swaraj and Shri Manohar Lal Khattar CM Haryana.
