Rs. 10 lakh each financial assistance to mother and wife of the Martyr CM visits Jalaun
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav today met the bereaved family of martyr CRPF trooper Nekpal Pal at Tirhi village at their ancestral home in Jalaun. Expressing his condolences, support and sympathies with the family, the Chief Minister handed over cheques of Rs. 10-10 lakh each to the mother and wife of the martyr.
Mr. Yadav told the family that the state government was with them in this time of sorrow and distress and assured them of being there whenever the family would need support. He also announced the sincere efforts will be made to get one member of the family employed. During this visit, while talking to media persons Mr. Yadav said his government was working in a sustained manner to solve the problems faced by Bundelkhand.
He also pointed out that the State Medical College in Jalaun was started by the present state government and the benefit of this had started coming to the people of Jalaun. Mr. Yadav further said that roads, irrigation and power sectors were being improved in Bundelkhand and to benefit farmers, new ‘mandi’s were being established in the region.
Mr. Yadav also said that the state government has launched the Samajwadi Pension scheme under which currently the forms were being verified. He also made an announcement that the inauguration of this scheme would be done from Jalaun. Also present during the Chief Minister’s visit were Political Pension Minister Mr. Rajendra Chowdhary and senior district officers.
