Cheques worth Rs 4.40 crore given to 88 beneficiaries under the Farmer Accidental Insurance Scheme and 500 cycles given to labourers 24×7 power supply will be ensured for Naimish Shrine
सीतापुर को मुख्यमंत्री की सौगातें, नैमिष को २४ घंटे बिजली
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav today was on a visit to Mehmoodabad in district Sitapur where he laid foundation stone of 89 projects worth Rs 110.37 crores and dedicated 31 projects worth Rs 75.36 crore to the people. The Chief Minister hence dedicated to the people and laid foundation stones of 120 projects in all costing Rs 185.73 crore.
He also inaugurated the Maulana Azad Institute of Humanities, Science and Technology. At a ceremony held in the campus of Maulana Azad Institute of Humanities, Science and Technology, Mr. Yadav also gave away pass books under the Samajwadi Pension Scheme to 500 beneficiaries and laptops to 180 meritorious students. He also distributed cheques worth Rs 4.40 crore @ Rs 5 lakh each to 88 families under the Farmer Accidental Insurance Scheme.
उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव आज दोपहर बाद अपनी राजधानी छोड़कर जिलों की जनता का दुःख दर्द बांटने निकले। सबसे पहले वह सीतापुर पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने लोगों को कई सौगातें दीं। सीतापुर में उन्होंने मौलाना आज़ाद इन्सटीट्यूट को विश्व विद्यालय बनाए जाने की घोषणा कीं। महमूदाबाद को लखनऊ से जोड़ने का परीक्षण करने को कहा। उन्होंने नैमिष तीर्थ क्षेत्र को 24 घंटे बिजली देने का वादा किया। हालांकि जिले को 16 घंटे ही बिजली मिलेगी। सड़कों के लिए व्यवस्था होगी । इसके अलावा अखिलेश ने महमूदाबाद कस्बे में आज़ाद इंस्टीटय़ूटट के भवन का लोकार्पण करने के साथ ही 185 करोड़ की पर्रियोज्नाओ का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किया।मिश्रिख में गल्ला मंडी और सीतापुर में प्रेस क्लब के भवन का निर्माण होगा ।मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव शाम 5 बजे इटावा पहुंचेंगे। वहां वह गुरुवार को सांसद तेज प्रताप सिंह यादव की बारात में शमिल होंगे।
Under the Labour Assistance Scheme, 500 labourers were also given cycles. With this, the Chief Minister also laid the foundation stones for the Begum Hazrat Mahal Girls Hostel and auditorium. On this occasion the Chief Minister said that Maulana Azad had played a significant role in maintaining Hindu-Muslim unity and added that the country was an example of Hindu-Muslim unity.
He further pointed out that inviting heads from different religions was a good work and announced that more bridges and roads will be constructed in the district and health services would be strengthened. In the villages 16 hour and in urban areas 22 hours electricity supply would be ensured.
Mr. Yadav also announced efforts would be made to ensure 24×7 power supply to Naimish shrine in district Sitapur. Responding to the demands of linking Mehboodabad tehsil to Lucknow, the Chief Minister said the demand would be examined and appropriate action taken accordingly.
On this occassion, Ms. Parveen Talha, Ms. Runa Banerjee, Ms. Choodamani Gopal, Dr. Mansoor Hasan, Dr. Khalid Hamid, Mr. Sirajud-din Qureshi and other eminent personalities, were honoured by Mr. Akhilesh Yadav. Former minister Dr. Ammar Rizvi and other dignitaries presented momento to the Chief Minister.
Minister of State for Social Welfare Mr. Narendra Verma said Mehmoodabad was a front ranking region in education and apprised the Chief Minister of the local problems, He also demanded that Mehmoodabad be made a district or be linked to Lucknow. Also present on the occasion were ministers, legislators, other public representatives and officials of the district administration and state government.
