Reliance Jio company should chalk out a time line chart for this task and complete it in time
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav has issued instructions for installation of Wi-fi facilities at prominent places in the state and said that providing such facilities on priority basis at religious places, historical and tourist hot spots was a must for facilities to the tourists in a phased manner. He also directed the Reliance Jio Company to fix timelines for this and complete the task in stipulated time frame.
It may be pointed out here that this company is working to provide 4-G services in the state. The Chief Minister also said that these tourist destinations were visited by a large number of tourists and pilgrims from India and abroad and that the state government was committed to providing better facilities to them.
Under this, the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and all important ghats of Varanasi, Bada and Chhota Imambada, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Park, Janeshwar Mishra Park in Lucknow, Taj Mahal, Shilpgram, Aitmatuddaula, Fatehpur Sikri in Agra, Dudhwa National Park and the Guest House at Katarnia Ghat Wildlife Sanctuary would be, in a phased manner, equipped with Wi-fi facilities.
